Robert Carzoli

For almost two full decades, Robert Carzoli has overseen astronomical growth at Program Productions and now runs the broadcast industry’s largest labor management firm.  A current consecutive thirteen year run on Inc. Magazine’s 500/5000 List of the Fastest Growing Privately-Held Companies put Program Productions in rarified air as only 12 other companies in history have had similar track records of making the list for this long. This is a testament to the outstanding customer service, technology platforms, and employer-of-choice status that Program Productions has enjoyed under Carzoli’s leadership.

Carzoli brings over thirty years of diverse labor management expertise to Program Productions and its customers. His experience in managing union relationships, designing national employee benefit plans, developing employer-side liability and risk management platforms, and an extensive knowledge of navigating complex federal and state labor laws has helped Program Productions grow into an organization that will handle over 7,500 event days and pay over 11,000 technicians in 2019. In recent years, he has established two new organizations: XLT Management Services, a payroll and human resources management firm; and Event Software Partners, which develops and manages the proprietary ProCrewzä labor management software and mobile application platforms. Geographically, Carzoli has expanded the company’s reach across the North American continent and there are plans for worldwide expansion of its technology and labor platforms.  This continuing growth and expansion of services and technologies signals that neither Carzoli nor his organizations are resting on their collective laurels.

Carzoli is involved in a number of local and national charities and has spearheaded Program Productions’ participation in the Sports Broadcasting Fund through the Sports Video Group.
